All plants have been started in 3 inch biodegradable peat pots.

Tomatoes:  
Amish Paste. . . Amazing paste and canning variety.

Arkansas Traveler. . . Medium size fruit with a red to pinkish color tolerates heat and humidity and is also crack and disease resistant. 

Beefsteak . . . A staple variety for many gardeners these plants produce huge beautiful red fruits.

Chadwick Cherry. . . prolific yields of delicious 1oz red fruits.

Cherokee Purple. . . Remarkable flavor tomato with origins to the Cherokee Indians. This plant produces large unique purple/pinkish fruit.

Green Zebra. . . Staying green when ripe with beautiful golden stripes this low acidic tomato is a must try.

Pepper:
Sweet - Bell Pepper. . . Wonderful southern variety with excellent yields. 

             Red Mini Bell. . . 2 foot tall plants bear heavy yields of 1-1/2" tall and wide fruits that are excellent in stir fry's, stuffed, or in salads.

   
             Corno Di Toro Giallo ( Italian variety ). . . Beautiful 8" golden fruit that is sweet and spicy. An Italian favorite.

             Marconi Red. . . Another Italian variety that is sweet and turns beautiful red when fully ripe.

Hot -     Cayenne. . . These slender peppers are very hot and produce loads on a 2 foot tall plant.

             Jalapeno, Tam. . . Mild Jalapeno that produces very well with excellent flavor. 

Eggplant:
Black Beauty. . . Bearing beautiful dark purple fruit resembling a ginormous egg fruits weigh 1-3 lbs and need to be harvested when about 6-7" long.

Little Fingers. . .Mild sweet very dark purple fruits are about the size of fingers produced on compact plants.
